Air Duct Cleaning

Taylor Steam uses the state of the art negative air pressure machine as recommended by the NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association). Every supply and return line as well as the main trunk line is opened and cleaned thoroughly with a combo of tools and machines and then sanitized with a bacteria killing antimicrobial fogger system.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer vents are a hidden fire hazard in almost every home. It is impossible for the vent filter in your dryer to catch all the lint produced each cycle. This especially pertains to commercial properties or residential homes where cleaning the lint trap is neglected. The lint builds up in your dryer vent duct and overheating occurs due to poor ventilation and improper exhaust and now you are one step away from a fire.
The NFPA re\commends annual cleaning of dryer vents and possibly semi-annually on commercial or highly utilized systems.
